Linda Ruck Communications is committed to contributing to society focusing on organisations that support underpriviledged children and endangered species.
The Director, Linda Ruck is a conservationist and Executive Committee Member of Hemisphere Foundation and provides complimentary media support for select organisations.
Hemisphere Foundation was established to create environmental awareness for children in Singapore. www.hemispheresfund.org. To date more than 300,000 children have benefited from the initiative.
Linda Ruck is a board member of the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry (IWFCI) Singapore, http://www.iwfcis.org.sg the world’s only organization focused on Women in Commerce and Industry an organization affiliated with more than two million members worldwide. The non for profit Singapore chamber was officially launched in Singapore in November 2007.
Linda is also involved with a global fundraising team of business women who recently raised USD$100,000 for the underprivileged children of Ukraine. The group visited the Ukraine in December 2008 and donated funds, clothing and medical supplies direct to children’s orphanages.
Each year a country is selected to be the beneficiary of such fundraising initiatives.
An entrepreneur Linda Ruck also supports Kiva (www.kiva.org), a non for profit organisation that supports specific low income entrepreneurs from around the globe.
